WOW .. It's been a long time since I've posted ... I've GOT to start keeping a daily record of my calorie intake if I ever hope to lose any weight. All I've eatten today is a breakfast burrito meal from Sonic around noon today. Thats a breakfast burrito, small tator tots, and a medium Coke. The burrito was 505 calories alone, the tator tots were 259 calories and the Coke was 170 calories, making a grand total of 934 calories. Now add on top of that the 3 or 4 glasses of tea I've drank today. Im not sure of the calorie count though, the pitcher holds about 15 - 16 cups of water. When I brew tea I use 10 cups of water then when I make it up I add enough water to fill up the pitcher and one full cup of sugar.

Sooo, for now I know I've consumed over 934 calories.

 ugghhhh!!! I woke up late this morning!! Usually I get up between 6 and 6:30, Im soo  I didn't get up til after 7 this morning....oops..Did manage to get the kids up, dressed and out of here by 7:15-7:20, took them to Mc Ds for breakfast that made them very .

Been doing ok as far as eating right goes; and I've been up on my feet alot which is what I need. We haven't  the past few days because we've been so busy. Sunday the kids and I met Sharron, Cesley and Lesley out at the park, they worked with Emily on showman ship and showed her how to stack Charlie  Her first show is a week from Wed, just a lil show for our club, but..she needs to have him ready. I think the Texas 4H is having a show in June..???? I went to the AKC last night and found some in our area in the fall I'd like for her to work on entering him in.

Anyhow...lots to do today..

It has been an interesting day to say the least. I ate at McDonalds for breakfast, the #8 again, two sausage burritos and a hash brown with a medium Coke, again I didn't eat the hashbrown. I did have a mid morning snack, cocktail weeines in the buffalo wing sauce. I didn't eat lunch. Im beginning to get a lil hungery. The meat loaf recipe I tried last night wasnt the best, I perfer my meatloaf recipe, so I don't know if we'll finnish eating it or not  

Oooo some HOT  SPICY Mexican food sounds soooooooooooooo good...

Today has started out better then yesterday. I got up and made breakfast for the kids, cleaned out the litter box, made my bed and started laundry. After getting the kids off to school, I swept the kitchen floor and moped it; then I did my reading from Genesis and my journaling. My prayer warriors and I are on the phone with each other praying and ministering to one another.

Emily has a dental appointment today I think at 12:30. For dinner tonight Im going to make a meatloaf, we'll have broccoli and cheese and stuffing on the side. We are supposed to go to dog obeidence class tonight, it will depend on the weather, rain is on the radar.

I ate breakfast with the kids this morning, eggs and sausage, then cheated around 9 am and went up to Mc Donalds and got the #8; thats two breakfast burritos with a hashbrown and a medium Coke. The Coke taste nasty, too much carbination. And I don't eat the hasbrown.

Well, I need to go fold some clothes..till next time...

Today is not a good day. Im very  Im not even sure if I could get on paper what Im feeling, there are so many things, spinning round and round in my head, my heart is breaking, God I really don't know how much longer I can take feeling like this. I can't tell what is truth and what are lies anymore, I need to get away, alone, some time to myself with out a computer, without phones, without household duties to worry about, without kids, dogs, ect, just time for ME.

I ate some eggs and sausage for breakfast. I ate the same thing for lunch around 11 am. I feel soo fat today. For dinner we will be having left over ribs and baked beans, and another side dish.

Our dinner last night was a HUGE success!! Everyone loved the chicken and salad and bread. It was so cute, I put the plate with the chicken and salad on it and the plate with the bread on it on the table, the kids looked at it, then at me when I sat down and said, "Is that it...??" lol but..NO one walked away from the table hungery; everyone got full AND I had two breast halves left over to make some chicken salad this morning  

So, this morning, I got up, made brakfast for the kids, got them up, then made my own breakfast, which consisted of two sausage links and a small portion of the eggs I made yesterday. When I was done eatting, I started the dish washer, made my bed, cleaned out the litter box, started laundery and made my list for Wal Mart.

The kids were REALLY good last night and this mornig, Im so proud of them  After I droped them off at school, I went on to Wal Mart, on the way I had my prayer meeting with my two prayer partners; did my shopping, got gas, came home, put the clothes in the dryer and started the second load, then came in and made the mairinade for the ribs, got them 'soakin' lol then cleaned out the dish washer, put away the groceries, and made up my chicken salad.  I've gotten one load folded and put the second one in the dryer. Think about all I have left to do is fold the second load and put the clothes away, sweep, mop and vacume the floors, meet with my prayer partners again, get the kids from school, give them their snacks, get them started on homework, walk, do dinner and I think thats about it for today.

I walked half a mile again this afternoon...it kicks my rear right now but I know it won't be long and I'll be walking the full mile  We are having baked ribs for dinner, with baked beans and a salad. For lunch today I ate a little bit of chicken salad with some baby carrots and celery stalks on the side. Then for a snack with the kids, I ate a few of the small cocktail weenies and more carrots and celery.

It's Sunday, a beautiful day here in North Texas. Once again I've gone a couple of days without journaling, I've been pretty busy, cleaning house and all.

I broke diet the past couple of days but am back on track now. This morning I had a home made breakfast; scrambled eggs with Italian and Spicy sausage in them, potatoes, jalapenos, garlic and red and white onions in them. Toped with cheese. It was good, Im not EVEN  going to attempt to figure up the calorie count in my breakfast, I know it was high, but it did fill me up and I haven't eatten anything else today.

I walked a half mile after breakfast and I've been up on my feet most of the day doing things around the house.

Tonight for dinner we are having Crispy Chicken Mexicali Salad; you use Shake-N-Bake and cook the chicken, then add it to salad greens, top it off with a little cheese and ranch dressing. We will also have some celery and baby carrots on the side, complete with Parmesan Garlic Bread.

I thought I posted yesterday but I see that I didn't. What did I eat yesterday..I think I ate some sausage for breakfast, and again for lunch..totaling around 800 calories between the two I think. Then for dinner I ate 3 small chicken strips, 5 total 260 calories, so, do the math and you'll have an idea of how many calories that was. I did walk around Wal Mart yesterday morning for a good hour pushing a heavy basket. Also did some house work, scrubbing and so forth, so I did get a little exercise.

This morning I ate 3 sausage links for breakfast, that is 150 calories and I've already done some house work, have alot more to do too... ...

Ok, I did all the math, with everything Ive eatin and drank today, Ive consumed 1125 calories. 225 at breakfast, 270 at lunch and 630 at dinner....I took the kids to Mc Donalds, honstly I can think of better ways to consume 630 calories then Mc Donalds...I've done house work today too so I haven't just been sitting on my rear.

I've started the morning off with 4 sausage links, 300 calories. Im going to try really hard not to over-do today like I did yesterday. Im suppoed to have a lunch date...I'll just see how the morning goes as to weather or not I make it...

I had a salad with chicken in it for lunch. The chicken was 260 calories, with everything I'd say I comsumed around 300 - 325 calories.

It's MONDAY!!! Spring Break is over!!!!!!!!!   I ate three sausage links for breakfast, which is 225 calories. It's finaly stoped raining!! I doubt I'll walk today though, some time I need to go shopping.

Around 11:00 I ate 4 more sausage links; around 300 more calories. . . .

Ok...for dinner tonight I had a salad...about 285 calories...I feel soo fat tonight, I wish I hadnt eatin the sausages at 11 today. O I also had a Coke, part of one, my kids drank most of it, and a couple of bites of chicken from a Sonic Chicken Strip wrap. Haven't been over to their site to see how many caolories the Coke and wrap are. Too many, I know that...
